Deposits will be honored by postmark date and on a first come/first served basis. Please send deposits ASAP to enhance the likelihood of space being available as this event will fill quickly as well as this event will limit like kind of products/services. Upon receipt of your vendor application and deposit you will receive a letter of acceptance prior to June 1, 2011. Should a particular type of product or service become full we will create a waiting list. Any vendor application that is not accepted will receive their deposit back

Deliveries & Shipments

WRMC will accept deliveries for show staff and limited deliveries for vendors prior to show dates and should be addressed to the following:
